My guess on why Black Fairy abandoned Rumple has something to do with Sneaky Blue who was probably abhorred by the very idea of a fairy having a baby with a blacksmith’s apprentice.
And then it could also be that the Black Fairy was Sneaky Blue’s daughter and she greatly disapproved of the relationship, and if Blue is Rumple’s grandmother, then that could slightly explain why she was willing to help great grandson Baelfire, the Son of the Dark One, yet refuse to help Regina, Daughter of Cora.
Come on, we all know Adam & Eddy are dying to tie the Blue Fairy into this already twisted family tree somehow.

Also, someone wanna tackle why neither Rumple nor Belle brought up Black Fairy as Rumple’s mother three years ago when they went to fetch her wand? Anyone…anyone? *crickets*
The things we do to make sense of this show, LOL, but I’ll take a crack at it.
Rumple magically bound her never to tell another living soul and to never bring it up.

So this would basically be like that Supergirl Episode when Kara got put into that trance where she has a life on Krypton, and someone has to snatch her out of it. This will actually be interesting to see what Emma’s life would be like had she grown up in the EF.
But surely this episode will end with Regina & the EQ being put back together…..like accepting the other half of one another, and just coming to some form of peace. Regina accepts the darkness as a part of her, but realizes she can use it in the name of good.

No wonder it’s so hard for Rumple to make the right decision, both of his parents were dark and rather feared. We know why Pan abandoned him, but I can’t help but feel that there’s more to the Dark Fairy’s story. She seemed surprised to see Rumple, and I wonder whether she really abandoned Rumple or if he was taken from her, which could explain why she takes other parent’s kids because she never got to keep hers.
And I think we all know one specific fairy whose very strict on the affairs between fairies and humans/dwarves.

Rating: 6.5/10
It had some slow moments, but was neat overall.
Like:
Snow encouraging Jasmine to be a hero.
Flashback with Belle and the baby.
Belle managing to talk some sense in to Rumple…even if it only did last a while.
WickedSisters Scene. Not the content, but the acting quality Bex and Lana gave.
We finally meet the Black Fairy! And she’s Rumple’s mother! So Rumple is half fairy?!
Belle’s birthing scene was heart wrenching in a way.
Mix:
So…how could Belle’s mother know Fairy Language?
I love Regina…I really do. But to deny Zelena a chance to earn some form of forgiveness is a bit hypocritical when she’s done equally terrible things as her sister.
Dislike:
Continuity error….No dark magic is supposed to have any affect on Zelena….and she was already said to be the more powerful sister dark magic wise, so how did EQ manage to get a hit on her when only light magic can harm her?
Rumple and the Rumbelle Ship sinks even further.
Why the heck is Zelena so powerless and weak now?!
I hate how they reduced the EQ once grand Storyline into that of a “scorned sociopathic ex”.

I’m wondering how Snow and David met and fell in love if Regina never sent Snow on the run? With how things worked back then, King Leopold would have surely betrothed Snow White off to some random prince, and I doubt he would have allowed her to marry a shepherd. Unless in some odd way…Prince James is good in this AU, and while he was adopted by King George, maybe James and Snow White are married in this AU….and James is Emma’s father?

But umm….I think he really let the cat out of the bag with this one. I’m starting to think that somehow Robin Hood’s actually back alive and kicking…probably more than that five episode rumor.
