Thanks to Daniel’s constant playing of it in the podcast it’s become a favorite line of the series for me! lol
[adrotate group="5"]wizard55ParticipantThankyou so much for sharing all these soundtracks! Mark Isham has some absolutley amazing scores here that I’m glad to finally own! Major props to him! Awesome to see the Jekyll and Hyde score allready.
wizard55ParticipantI know I be the minority with this, but I’m VERY excited to see this arc coming back. when they decided to drop it before the Pan stuff I was disappointed. I was very curious about The Dragon character and wanted more science vs. Magic.
I’m hoping this will lead to them exploring more of the scifi/horror literature they have to work with including Dracula who I rememberwas planned to originally be in the series.
Too bad David Anders is busy on I, Zombie. this is an arc that his Frankenstein character would fit into nicely.
wizard55ParticipantI too would be very upset if the entire plot with the Home Office and the mysterious dragon was completely never brought up again. With all the talk Tamara and Greg did when they were talking to Regina about how “Magic has been doing its damage for a long time” and such it would be a shame to just drop it all that.
If that plot continues I think it would be amazing if we found out our world used to have magic but became a world without after some group got rid of it.
I originally said if such an organization had been started long ago it could have been started by Wendy Darling or by Dorothy…but they have kind of screwed up that with their plots they’ve done with those characters. 🙁
wizard55ParticipantWow…That official cover is just…..wow…..I need a high-res of that fan made cover to print and use. 100 times better than the official. That’s ridiculous that they are using that.
These extras are always such “fluff pieces”, if that’s the right term. I personally do not care much about Ariel….oh well.
wizard55ParticipantActually, ABC did this this whole premise way back in 1987….sorta.

Funny series, only lasted 2 short seasons but needs a DVD release! Kitsis & Horowitz have referenced it before in interviews.
wizard55ParticipantThat one was a classic episode in the 60s twilight zone. in the original the kid was played by Bill Mummy, who was most famous for his role in the original Lost in Space TV series.
it’s a shame how many people my age (25} and younger have never seen any of the original Twilight zones, it’s a series that really holds up well even to this day and the plot twists are just great at the end.
and not even just the Twilight Zone there’s dozens of older anthology series that are just wonderful such as Amazing Stories, Night Gallery, One Step Beyond, Outer Limits, etc.wizard55ParticipantI still am not sure I like this kind of time travel. Same stuff used in Back to the Future…I much prefer the “Lost” approach. That made more sense. I’m sure if you dig through the past episodes there are LOTS of repercussions.
wizard55ParticipantTwilight zone has so many great twists. I like the episode “After Hours” where you find out at the end the girl in question is actually a mannequin. Or the one with the clown and the ballerina and the other characters stuck in some kind of big metal thing and you find out at the end they’re toys in a donation bin. Great ep!
