Hmmm this is an interesting idea. But we know that everyone in SB stopped aging until Emma came. So I don’t think it would make sense for him to be her grandfather. Dr Whale was flitting with Red in the latest episode, and I definitely don’t think it was just a random creepy scene. Everything has significance. Maybe he is related in a different way…. like we never saw the huntsman who killed the wolf in the original story.
