I think I understand medchen 😀 Neal’s scene was different because it was set in the “real world” as oppose to Storybrooke. Right now we are seeing fairy tale characters from a world with their own set of rules. It will be interesting to see how much of the real world comes into play as the series goes on. You’re bang on about a story within a story with a story. First story is the Enchanted Forest where everyone is already scripted. Second story is Reggie’s cursed world of Storybrook where she has scripted everyone. Third story is Storybrook, post curse, meshing with the real world and what’s left of the Enchanted Forest. Here, everyone has free will. It’s a new story, a blank page, where everyone gets to write their own story.
Oh yaeh! actually didn’t even think of it that literally, but you’re right.
About the free will- Yes but they dont have that yet really do they ? They are all still pretty much set in their own respective arctypes- The princess- The prince- The evil queen- The savior
Quote from this episode “We all know who you are Regina and who you are always going to be” or something like that, Emma said to Regina when she thinks Regina killed Archie. She’s the evil queen- ergo- she’s always going to be evil.
