Rumple/Mr. Gold is my favorite character on this show, probably because Robert makes him such a compelling character. I love seeing Mr. Gold coming to terms with his being just like everyone else.

Mr. Gold has said,

“You were right about me. I am a coward. I have been my entire life. I tried to make up for it by collecting power, the power became so important that I couldn’t let go”

Now that he is without magic in our world, I wonder what event, if anything, could help equip Mr. Gold with the courage he needs to give up his curse once and for all. Perhaps he will have to save Baelfire using not magic but some other tactic.
