I think religion is very… Different. Most of their wants and wishes can be solved with magic (maybe not resurrection, but longevity, riches, youth, etc) So religion in magical lands is bound to be less…reliant? Assuming they even have religion. Ariel (in the Broadway version) apparently prays to fates (in the song Beyond My Wildest Dreams, she mentions she hoped and prayed the fates would hear her pleas)
