I agree. Cora is no where near evil as these two. I shouldn’t have included her at all. or I should have included Regina for making Henry feel like he’s crazy or Rumpel for abandoning HIS son, but really. Cora is alright compared to Pan and Sultan.
I think that Jafar’s father was a horrible person, and he berated Jafar and let his brother beat him, but in the end he just killed him, which is actually *merciful* compared to what Pan did. Pan was about to kill Rumpel’s loved ones in front of him. imagine the dagger was out of reach? how would Rumpel stop his father? he couldn’t. he’d probably beg and cry but Pan was still ready to kill Bae. and then Belle. ONLY because they were important to Rumpel . I think that’s a lot worse than just killing him and ending his misery
