I’m going to say Scarecrow.
It has to be someone who could not give Cora what she wanted: to be royal. So…a humble man. I’m going with the Scarecrow.

I am going with being blackmailed by King Leo to get rid of her. If she did that then their would be promise of a royal marriage. Something went wrong and Eva found out is my guess.
I think it is King Xavier, Prince Henry’s father. When Cora met with him in his counting room she was going to rip out his heart, but she didn’t. I think she slept with King Xavier hoping to get pregnant by him and then use that pregnancy as leverage. Prince Henry was fifth in line for the throne. It would be a much faster trip to the top if she had a baby by the king.

Hmm…I’m not sure, it might be Rumple I mean think about it, she shaved him the same way she shaved her father back in Oz and Rumple not to mention Rumple gave Zelena the same advice her father back in Oz game to her…OMG RUMPEL MAY BE THE FATHER AFTER ALL! Or maybe I’m just looking to things to deeply.
Maybe it was Leo I don’t know.

I think that was foreshadowing.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"Zelena was born with magic already in her, even as a baby. Very strong magic that she didn’t know how to control (like Elsa). So, she obviously comes from strong magical parentage.
Whoever her papa is, he’s gotta be one very powerful wizard.
Could still be Leo, Cora might have deliberately gotten herself pregnant to a royal in the hopes of making him marry her, but it didn’t work out, he wanted nothing to do with her. The big problem with that though is how Leo didn’t appear to know Cora at all in Stable Boy, and also, he didn’t seem the type to turn away a child.
Zelena’s magic could have just come from Cora, I guess. It took Cora all of 2 minutes to make magic as soon as Rumple gave her instructions, so I think she had it in her all along. But it IS rather exceptional that Zelena could do it from birth, so maybe she had a magical boost from her bio dad.
