Now that S6 is over and S7 is officially a go, it’s time to once again start looking forward to all the spoilers we’ll be getting leading up to the premiere of S7. The biggest event every year is, of course, SDCC. As of right now there has not been any official announcement about OUAT going to SDCC but I find it hard to imagine that we wouldn’t go. OUAT has gone every year and given that this is a “reboot” and transition year, it’s more important than ever to get the show in front of audiences.
This thread will serve as the official SDCC thread for S7 including all news, interviews, tweets, and videos. As we get closer Matt and I will remind everyone how the panel works, ect.
Hopefully we’ll get an official announcement and date in a few weeks!

Yah I think its for sure they will nbe there again this year.
I also imagine this will be where we get our first sneak peek at who/what they villain is this season. I’m excited.

Keeper Of Tamara's Taser , Jafar's Staff, Kitsis’s Glasses , Ariel’s Tail, Dopey's Hat , Peter Pan’s Shadow, Outfit, & Pied Cloak,Red Queen's Castle, White Rabbit's Power To World Hop, Zelena's BroomStick, & ALL MAGICI hope they do introduce a new villain. I hope it isn’t just Rumpel being the dark one again or Hook back on a murder spree. They just need to do something different. A new villain and a new main female character. They also need new reoccurring characters. No more Grumpy screaming in the background again.
They also need to have Lucy call Regina and Emma, grandma. Regina over and over again. That sounds like fun.

Obviously the news right now is that none us know if OUAT is going to SDCC this year. It’s been weirdly quiet and they weren’t part of the first round of announcements. If we don’t hear really soon, I’m going to say no to SDCC this year.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"Since they lost all of their well known actors and Bobby doesn’t like to go, i could see them not going. They probably want to though, so they can talk about their plan for next season and maybe introduce some of their new characters.

Colin at the very least will be there for one panel. Still no word about the show as a whole, though.

If Colin is already confirmed to be at SDCC for one panel, then that could possibly mean that a OUAT panel is also in the works.
Yeah, i could imagine they want to come. I sort of could see Comic Con not being interested as well. There are a lot of new shows coming out this year that could be more interesting for Comic Con then a show that is going into its seventh season after losing most of its cast.
There are a lot of new shows. The Inhuman’s, Krypton, the new Star Trek, the Gifted. Orphan Black coming to and end, as well as, the first season of Handmaid’s Tale just happening. I am sure there are others. There just seems to be a lot more to choose from this year that could be interesting.

There are a lot of new buzz worthy shows, it’s true. But there are a lot of holes in the SDCC schedule including OUAT’s traditional 10am spot on Saturday. Now that they’ve announced new cast members, I think we’ll hear an official SDCC panel announcement before the weekend is up with all the cast, new and old. I think that’s what they’ve been waiting for–to announce these newbies first (as filming just began and some were on set).
