However, I am VERY bothered that Cora was able to speak such emotional truths when she doesn’t have her heart.
But we’ve seen Cora display a sick kind of affection for Regina. I think the fact that she doesn’t have a heart leads her to call the girl silly and goad her into making irrational actions. (Not that Regina didn’t make that call all on her own.)
But this seemed less sick affection and more genuine love, at least that last speech in the end where she was actually concerned for Regina’s well being and giving her profound life advice.
