I think the whole thing depends on how much Neal knows…did August tell him that the curse was Regina’s idea or Rumple’s. Perhaps the more he knows about Rumple’s involvement in it the more time he’s had to get past it. Still don’t think he’ll be so quick to reconcile happily though…I mean he was in love with Emma…he cared about her…he saw all the pain she was in from being abandoned by her parents…and guess why she was abandoned by her parents….because of Rumple’s curse.
Then again he may be the kind to blame himself…everything Rumple has done has in some way been because of Bae…from becoming the Dark One to creating the curse.
