It’s not only what she told Belle, I think. Rumple blames Regina for her “death” because he believes that when she met Belle on the road and told her about the curse, she started a chain of events that led to her alleged death.
It is probably going to be similar with the fairies. He hates them. We can speculate that they had something to do with how he lost his son. But I doubt that they killed Bae with their bare hands. They probably did something that Rumple believes led to the loss of his son.

That’s my theory as well. Rumpel probably views Regina as the downfall of his romance with Belle. Regina’s intervention was the turning point in their story. Mr. gold is only pretending to be semi-tolerable of Regina. Mr. gold rarely shows any emotion, especially around someone as powerful as Regina. So of course, he’s goingt o put up a friendly front with Regina. He’s not as brash and reckless as Regina. And judging by the promos for next week's episode, a lot of our suspicions about Mr. Gold betraying Regina has been confirmed.

I don’t think the fairies killed or intentionally harmed Bae. I think they mistakenly sent him somewhere dangerous. Like Oz.
