I keep thinking the game changer may be Rumple giving up his powers. Or finding out for sure that Bae is Peter and knowing they both have the same enemies(if they choose to do the Hook/Peter=Enemies route).
Even if they were buddy-buddy at one point, Nealfire’s words in The Queen Is Dead about “he’s my blood” makes me think that they don’t have that friendly of a past together. And if he doesn’t know about Milah running away with Hook and not dying in the way pre-Dark one Rumple had told him, that may be a game changer- finding out his mom ran away with Hook (esp if they had been buddies in Neverland). Just because he already shows strong loyalty to his father even through everything they have been through. Maybe it would give them a “moment”. ((((And then it would br ripped away when he finds out Rumple killed her. ))))Anyway. Sorry if its confusing. The layout makes it hard to see the entire post when posting from my phone 😉
