But Emma herself saw the Dreamcatcher

And? I think we know that with magic there is no logic. It was Gold who collected the memories so what stopped Emma from being suspicious of him? He could’ve slipped an image of the Evil Queen while ‘initiating’ the dream catcher?

And all the credit to her for believing in Regina in first place – it felt more though like she was just trying to do her job, rather than help Regina. But it doesn’t excuse her for putting that ridiculous fight in front of Mayor’s house. She shouted ridiculous arguments like “He is MY son!”. No, he’s not. Regina brought him up and it’s thanks to her he’s the person he is now. Regina is right that Emma has been away in his life for 10 years and shouldn’t exclusively keep rights to decide what’s good or not for the kid – true she apologized for starting off on the wrong note but even after Regina threw her off her feet, yet didn’t hurt her (and surely she must’ve been mad and angry), Emma kept shouting at her all that angry staff. Regina wasn’t saying anything nasty, she was trying to defend herself and she did mighty well by not losing her temper any more. It was unnecessary but it was as if Emma couldn’t stop yelling. And the look on Regina’s face, especially in the last second before she was gone (that was pretty cool BTW) – they must have noticed THAT, it wasn’t anger or fear, it was sadness.
You can keep defending Emma as much as you like, she acted in a horrible and cruel way and for what? To bring Regina’s reaction? To me it truly seemed like she was shouting at HERSELF from the past, like she was angry with herself too. To me, the roles have turned now and it is Emma who has to redeem herself.
