Theory: The necklace is important and holds Rumple. With Rumples power she is able to do the things she is doing. Aurora and Mulan traveled to Oz where lost souls are kept to get Philip back. To get Philip Aurora cut a deal with Zelena ala season one style. Philora now works for WW in order to keep child safe.
Interesting idea. In the movie, Oz the Great and Powerful, the giant green necklace worn by the Wicked Witch of the East–Evanora– housed her power and also her ability to remain young and beautiful. When it smashed, she turned into an ugly old witch.

Also this definitely is a reverse curse reversed since there is whale and he should not have been in the ef, nor should Wicked have a reason for him–that we would guess right now unless there is more to his story too. Wonder if they will imply Hatter is in town too though I doubt we would see him. Wl is not done so kind of curious where that winds up!

Agreed. If it’s by force or by reluctant choice, Neal might be a monkey (we know people are turning into them) or captured by Zelena like his papa.

A whole year they saw Regina struggle with her darkness, stand ready to sacrifice herself, rescue Henry and save them from Pan’s curse. Oh well, guess they deserve a visit from the Evil Queen then.
All kidding aside, the transposed positions of Emma and Regina in this curse will probably play out further esp. if the curse instead of being aimed at everyone else’s happiness it is specifically targeted at Regina’s as we have speculated.

What if Regina and Emma are actually already working together and this is a ruse to get the curse caster to come out. A giant fake out, if you will. We know that at some point Regina and Emma are in the Bug talking. What if they are planning?

Was the Oz with Franco a Disney film? I can’t remember. If it does hold her youth then we know that Oz doesn’t have a time thing or was frozen due to the curse.
For all we know she grew up with her half sister Eva and then was shipped off as an adult to Oz or ran away when she new she was just a red headed stepchild.
