In David’s vision, the baby could’ve passed for a boy, so maybe he saw baby Neal’s future.

Which would explain why in the pilot, David told Rumple that their unborn baby was a boy.

    Snow: But I’m your mother.
    Emma: I don’t care.

Snow’s vision reflects what Emma actually says to her mother in the promo for 4×16. Have I mentioned how much I dislike that the writers are making Emma potentially, go evil? Black Swan = character assassination IMO. Hopefully, Emma won’t actually go evil. I could see it working in an AU but not in the actual story.

I think Emma will be tempted to go evil, but Henry (and probably Killian) will bring her back from the brink. (It SHOULD be Henry, he’s the Truest Believer, but…Killian gets to do ALL the things anymore.)

Aw, mini-Emma in Snow’s vision.. She was so adorable up until the point she crushed Snow’s heart.

I think because Snow was already worried when she touched the unicorn’s horn, that’s why she saw what she did. While Charming was already optimistic that things were going to be okay, he had a positive vision. It’s like a mood ring.

I do love Little Emma in her princess dress. So pretty.

I wonder if it’s meant to reflect what they were talking about with the future being hard to predict, puzzle pieces.

I think its interesting Enchanted Forest Snow automatically says “Oh shes Evil!” I don’t think Storybrooke Snow would jump to such a drastic interpretation. She’s learned the world is not so black and white.

I think because Snow was already worried when she touched the unicorn’s horn, that’s why she saw what she did. While Charming was already optimistic that things were going to be okay, he had a positive vision.

I also liked the fact that Snow and Charming saw Emma at different ages. Charming wanted to think of the child as good, so he saw an infant, who can’t be evil. Snow had her doubts and she saw a teenage Emma.

But Emma….she’s such a hero…I can’t see her becoming the Black Swan. I mean she has a history that would fit a villain, but…she’s still such a goody two shoes, I just can’t see it with Season 4 Emma, Season 1 Emma would have had more potential in becoming the Black Swan, but not Season 4 Emma!

I agree. I think this is a little bit self-fulfilling prophecy. Because Snow already believes the worst about unborn Emma, she’s going to put in motion the events that lead to the future she saw.
