Any crafters out there…?

What kind of ribbons tabsicle?  My grandma used to make me crocheted curlicue ribbons to wear in my pigtails. I still have some of them in a box for memories *tries to think of one good reason not to wear one in a ponytail sometime…*

My mom wanted a light weight scarf to go with a blouse she has. She picked out the yarn (Bernat Baby Softee in “Prince Pebbles”) Called the “Cascade Scarf”

In my own form of crafting … over the past three days, I’ve made 85 modeling chocolate & fondant mini Tardises (Tardi?) to go on a friend’s milestone birthday party cupcakes. 🙂 Whew!

Next up: The cookies. Tardises, bowties, Daleks and Weeping Angels. And time vortexes because I need something simple mixed in there.

I’m really jealous of all the pretty things you all can do. My grandma tried to teach me how to knit and more stuff, but I’ve always been bored… Now I think maybe I should have listened…

OK, I will post pictures when they’re done. 😉 The cupcakes are doing to be SO cool, swirled frosting on top with disco dust (glitter, essentially) and the mini Tardises.

Working on them in stages after kids go to bed. Cookies Wednesday and Thursday, cupcakes by Saturday.
