There is only one wicked witch on #onceuponatime — no one could EVER replace the awesomeness that is @bexmader !
— Adam Horowitz (@AdamHorowitzLA) August 1, 2017
I get that Adam doesn’t want people to think they’re replacing Bex but they did open this whole can of worms with the multiverse and the casting of Cinderella. He can’t be surprised that people are questioning this.
Sounds like she’s not baby Robyn, based on what Adam said (though, she looks like she could be Bex’s daughter…and has the accent to boot)
Emma Booth is 34 or 35, so she would have been too old to play her anyway. She’s even older than Andrew J. West, our new Henry.

And it also didn’t help that the Deadline article described her “as wicked as they come”. When they report that she’s playing a witch with that description, naturally people are instantly going to think of the Wicked Witch.

Geez. Okay, people need to learn how to read an article. The line about a witch as wicked as they come is not in quotation marks, meaning it is not a direct quote from Adam or Eddy. It’s journalistic flavoring. Was it a poor turn of phrase? Yeah. But this is not actually on Adam and Eddy.

But like you said, this is the biggest issue with the introduction of the whole multiverse thing. It seems like whenever we get new casting info now, fans are gonna panic over the possibility of it being another alternate version of a character. Where are they going to draw the line, regarding which characters get this treatment? Journalists need to be more careful with how they word these articles, too.
On set yesterday, I think Lana’s character “Cursed Regina” carried a Wizard of Oz Bag in one of the upcoming episodes…..could this be a hint towards who could be the real villain of Season 7?
I still think Dr. Facilier is potentially the Big Bad of Season 7, but if he’s not…I’m definetly going to go with the Wicked Witch of the East.

But where does Tremaine fit into all this? Anwar is a full time cast member and we know she’s playing the Big Bad of at least 7A; 7B is up for debate, I suppose.
Maybe it’s like a League of Villains lol
