All of the villains do have the same backstory. Their parents were abusive and neglectful, so their response is to be evil.

I think she is going to be Robyn but grown up, especially given the announcement that Bex will return as a guest star for several episodes. It makes a lot of sense, and technically Robyn isn’t from Oz but from our world, same as Henry, even though both of her parents were fairytale characters.

I still think she’s Mother Gothel, the witch from Rapunzel’s story.
Gosh, I love the idea of Robyn growing up to be a witch. A good witch, of course. I can imagine Regina and Zelena would pass down their magical knowledge. Regina wanted to teach Henry magic but he was against if, back in season 2.
