ParticipantJennifer pretends she is super into it sometime because there are people in the audience that scream and she thinks it’s funny. It is when she has her thoughtful character conversations that you can see she doesn’t like it, in my opinion. It is what it is though and while she would have rather Emma was with Neal, there is nothing she can do about it. She didn’t write it.

ParticipantI’m pretty torn in regards to how JMo feels about CS, honestly. There are interviews where she presents herself as super into it and super into Colin. You can read it as having to shill a product but why not be consistent? Cause then you do get snark comments like “I didn’t write that” that call into question how much she enjoys her leading romantic storyline.
I think JMo gets along great with Colin, but her feelings in regards to CaptainSwan remains unimpressed. She knows that we know how Adam & Eddy knew how this story was really supposed to go, but the producers did such an about face, who can blame JMo if she feels her character was dealt a bad hand in favor of preserving guy liner. She sees that her own character has to pay a heavy price to keep the pirate around, while nothing against her good friend Colin, I do think she feels Hook has become (gosh I really shouldn’t speak without first having my morning coffee, (Sips Brew)), a philandering, narcissistic, arrogant Judas Priest whose mind rests in his pants rather than his head.
At this point in the game, it’s pretty safe to say that JMo is just grinning and baring it.

It seems that different actors on ONCE put different amounts of effort into keeping themselves disassociated from the characters they’re playing, and squish in the bud any comparison between themselves and their character. RC I think is at one extreme of the spectrum, and JMo is at the other. In every interview I remember seeing or reading, it’s very clear that RC is keeping a lot of distance from Rumple, the writing, and to some degree the show (i.e.”the money is good” sort of comment). I think Lana is similar, and this might have something to do with them playing quasi-villains. JMo, though, seems to identify with Emma a lot more, at least in how she’s presenting herself in interviews, so I think some of this flip flopping on CS has to do with her habit of talking about her portrayal of Emma with this greater degree of self-identification — and it doesn’t help when the audience squeals over “real life” JMo and Colin, which only encourages this conflation.

I don’t know about this. I don’t think Jennifer identifies with Emma at all personally. She was asked a question like that many years ago and she pretty much said no, i grew up with good parents who were supportive and all that. I think it is more that for Jennifer to act a character she has to create a backstory. She needs to know where the character is coming from. I think that is why she has done all this research and has an elaborate head canon backstory about Emma being abused. Something she references in interviews from time to time, but has never actually shown up in the show. I also think that is why she doesn’t come up to the fans as much as some of the other actors. Jennifer has to get into a certain head space to act.
I think the problem is that Emma dating Hook does not work for how she views Emma as a character. It isn’t something Emma would do and is out of character, so she just discusses it as it is being written. She didn’t write it, but that is how it is now.

ParticipantCS are currently losing their battle in March madness.
At the moment the current results for the Once couples stand as:
SwanQueen- 68%
RumBelle- 55%
OutlawQueen- 44%
CaptainSwan- 49%
If nothing changes between now and Sunday when the poll closes, OQ and CS will be out. I just realised Snowing didn’t make the grade when they have done in previous years. It will be interesting if CS is indeed out in the first round since they did reasonably well last year, perhaps the writers pushed it to far with the Dark Swan/DOHook storyline?

They did won power tv couple of 2016 by people choice with 555k against the 2nd with 350k votes, of course this was twitter tag related, so many Cs fans did like 20 accounts each just to vote .

ParticipantI have been dreading this moment. I’ve had a few glasses of wine this evening, perhaps I should just keep drinking until it gets to time to watch the show, then it might be slightly more tolerable?
