Emma + Baelfire = Swanfire

There are all sorts of opinions and reasons that have been discussed both for and against. But at the end of the day, something I take solace in is that Neal is one of Adam and Eddy’s original characters. Neal, Emma and Henry are their babies, who they created completely from their own minds, without basing them on any previously existing characters. And I find it hard to believe that they’d screw over any of those three characters and not give them a happy ending. If Neal dies, not only does he not get a happy ending, but it screws up Henry and Emma as well. Would they really doom all three of their OCs like that? I really doubt it.

I am really stuffing a lot right now and trying to find inner peace in it all. And for the most part, I have it. When I really am honest with myself, I don’t find a lot of pain— I find reassurance that it’s not Neal. Which is like, so crazy because you’d think it’d be worry and fear. Knowing everything I know, it reassures me. I don’t want to be shocked if it is him; and none of us know for sure. But there’s just so much that says it’s not. Even with the fear and speculation.
All of that being said, I too, Heather, am looking forward to the Olympics. They will be a such a blessing! We should have an Olympic party in the chat room. Although I’m sure that will happen automatically lol.

We’ve had some really fun times in the chat lately and I think just having fun with each other and being “with” one another getting all the Once inside jokes and everything we may bring up, I think that helps a lot. Gets the focus off the arc at hand and puts the focus back on the show as a whole and what it means to us. Yesterday the chatroom was SO FULL around the time MRJ’S Ask ended. There were a lot of people in there. Full of every ship.  And we all had a lot of fun. It definitely helps.

I’m off to find some pretties 🙂 and hope. We need some more hope sprinkled on us today.

I really wish that Eion Bailey still tweeted, but he hasn’t done so since 2010! It’d be nice to know his comings and goings to find out when he’s supposed to be reappearing as August. That way, at least we’d know one way or the other when we might get a Neal-centric episode.  I like to think it’ll be post 3×18, after the episode in which young Cora appears. It gives me a glimmer of hope that things will turn out right anyway. After all, before August turned into a little boy again, he told Snow that he was hoping something with regards to Emma and Neal, implicitly hoping that they’d get back together again since he’d actively broken them up in the past. #HopeForSwanfire

That’s true so maybe he’s going to be back to fix things and set things right between Emma & Neal and pave the way for them to get back together. After all August probably realizes now his meddling ruined 3 lives Emma, Neal and their son Henry.

  Once again an article suggests that it isn’t smooth sailing at all for Hook and Emma. She’s not all that receptive to Hook and I love how they say if a stranger with guyliner and leather showed up, how would you react? And we KNOW how certain fans would react “KISS HIM!” but guess what Eddy and Adam thought the normal response is? Baseball bat!  So …maybe they aren’t as swept away with the charm of Hook as it seems if they would say that.   It does hint Emma will get her memories, and we know they’d called her experiences post Manhattan on a “benefit” versus her current cursed state opinion of Neal….that looks hopeful to me.

by my count, that’s the third time A and E have worded it that way–that Emma isn’t easily swayed. I think it takes MORE than the pirate to get her memories. Going to Neal’s apartment and seeing the dreamcatcher would allow her to at least hear Hook out
