I don’t think the NewSB is in Kansas for the simple reason that the ABC MediaNet description of S3B said, “Welcome to Storybrooke, Maine, a small town that probably won’t show up on your GPS, but it’s a magical place to visit.” Nevertheless, the notion that the Gale family farm is located inside of the borders of SB is really interesting, too. Maybe when the WWW cast this new curse, she intentionally engineered it so that the Gale farm would be transplanted from Kansas to Maine; maybe the WWW wasn’t entirely defeated by Dorothy whilst in Oz, and this time the WWW is intent on getting back those ruby slippers.

Participant
Hm there is that, but I feel like Kansas has to come into play sometime. August’s bike had Kansas plates and everyone associates Oz with it. There could be fictional Kansas too I suppose. I wonder where in the world did Bae enter back into “the Land without Magic”. He started in London, so what if he popped in Kansas? And Greg says “It’s happened before”–that Regina’s town wasn’t the first time magic had invaded. Now it’s true, Pan was out there working his little schemes, but it is possible that he tapped into an organization started by Dorothy and corrupted her agents, rather than creating his whole organization from scratch. So it would be much the idea we had about Wendy having started something, but with Dorothy instead. I’m still working out though what possible connection Rapuznel could have to Gorham’s character. And of course, where does Neal fit into things?
I don’t know if Chris Gorham’s character actually is connected to Rapunzel; I know it was reported as being so, but I thought that spoiler was disputable. I think Chris Gorham is connected to Emma and to Neal.

KeymasterI agree with Slurpeez: connected to Neal and Emma. I think TVguide was wildly speculating. As they do

ParticipantI think Neal really needs to have a flashback episode of him as Neal rather than Bae. People know Bae and like Bae but they don’t know Neal that well and therefore dislike him in the same way that people dislike the Blue Fairy.
Also, I wonder if the lack of flashback episode for Neal is actually a good sign that Neal won’t die. There’s a huge chunk of his life that we don’t know about such as: His time in Neverland, when he left and before he met Emma. The 6 month period between leaving the EF and meeting Wendy (My money is on him being Once’s version of Oliver Twist), and what he did after Emma got arrested before she found him again in Manhattan and before Tamara.
A&E wouldn’t likely kill off a character they created at the very start of the series, who plays an important role in the lives of three main characters, without giving us all of his life story first. We’re getting Hook’s backstory in 317 and, with A&E being on set, and shows have a habit of dealing a fatal blow in one episode but not having the character die until the next, I think 318 will be the actual death and the most likely suspect being Hook since we would’ve just had his centric. Two “major” characters who have died so far are Cora and Graham and they both died during their centrics so it would seem very coincidental that Hook has just had a centric

ParticipantSlurpeez, that’s great! Could you possibly do one with that picture that says “Believe in a second chance of Home” please?

Oh, I didn’t make this. Someone else who is good at Photoshop might be able to help you out.
