I made another limerick awhile back for one of those swanfire positive sights, just happy swanfire confessions. tumblr can be so ugly but I thought that was a cute idea, just positive fluff pictures and headcannon.

Those poems are awesome! You guys are so creative. I want to be all of you when I grow up, LOL 😀 (BTW-I’m going out of town this weekend so I won’t be around for any of the fun stuff here until Monday night. Don’t have too much fun without me, OK?! ;))
So I posted a rant a few pages back that I originally posted on another board I visit and I’ve learned some interesting things since I wrote that over there.
1. The girl I directed part of the post too did not read most of it. She took exception to me calling people ‘irritating and shallow’ and pretty much told me that Neal sucks and that’s that. She can’t forgive him for leaving Emma 11 years ago and from previous posts of hers, apparently all the villains get a free pass to happiness but not Neal. Gee, thanks for sharing that information with me.
2. Most of the people there want Emma with Hook because they think he’s the hotter guy. Seriously. That’s their ONLY reason. I want to bang my head on a wall. Ship who you want but good grief, have a valid reason. 😮
3. No one said much about Emma’s conversation with Snow. Were we all watching the same show?! That was INSANELY emotional and heartbreaking and I’m stunned there wasn’t more conversation about it.
4. One guy totally thinks the show is going to follow Mulan and Aurora’s story hardcore this season…I didn’t have the heart to tell him that both actresses have other shows and won’t be back for a while. 😉
5. Someone brought up Neal using Roland as bait to get the shadow to appear and was NOT happy about it. She pointed out that Neal would never go for someone using Henry as bait, which is probably true, but yet here they all are in Neverland because Henry is being held hostage by a psychotic Peter Pan and he doesn’t have a protective parent watching out for him right now. Double standard anyone?!
6. There hasn’t been a deep discussion about any of the characters since the season started so clearly I am not on the same wavelength with these folks.
7. Someone else said the season was dull….again, are we watching the same show?!
I haven’t posted in the thread since my rant and I don’t think I will for a while. After all the stuff I’ve read there this season, I need more than cookies…..I need a whiskey, LOL 😆

Snow Phoenix would totally be Snow’s drink of choice.
At first I thought Snow was the one who said, “What’s your problem?” to Regina. The second time watching it though, I realized Emma was the one who said it! Emma is the one who could not believe Regina would insinuate Emma and Hook were romantically involved. That means Emma shot down that idea. Then Snow emphasized that Emma had just lost Neal. This is a clear indicator that Emma isn’t over Neal the same way Regina hasn’t quite gotten over Daniel (despite the fact it’s been several decades). Clearly, Emma isn’t ready to move on, nor will she likely when she discovers Neal is alive.
Exactly. This is why I think it would be bizarrely out of character if Emma started anything up with Hook right now.

Gotta love the she called you shallow, but didn’t look below the surface of your post.

Imagine all of the CS interactions we’ve seen playing out in exactly the same way, only transplant Dustin Hoffman’s Hook in there instead of Colin’s. I’m not complaining about the look they went for with Hook, because I appreciate said look greatly. 😉 I’m just sayin’, you wouldn’t have people shipping it like they do if they’d told the same story they have, with a very different looking Hook.

It’s only a vitally important moment for the character development of one of the main characters, and will influence how she reacts in the scheme of the major plot for the first half of the season. It’s no biggie, really. 😛

When Neal didn’t fight for Emma, he was a douchebag. When he does fight to get back to her, he’s still a douchebag. If he’d spent more time to try and find another way, he’d be a douchebag because obviously he’s not that desperate to get back to her after all and he’s wasting time. Neal’s just never gonna win with some people.
7. Someone else said the season was dull….again, are we watching the same show?!
Honestly, I think these last few eps are some of the best stuff they’ve ever done.
