either MRJ wanted to leave, or CS fans were too valuable and they had written themselves in a corner with Swanfire as TL. (obviously their ooriginal pairing.)
Totally done. Getting choked up and teary thinking about this episode I didn’t even see.
and OT: UK made it to the final four. I am a Louisville fan… Combining this with Neal’s death confirms that good guys can’t win (in my world)

Haven’t watched the ep yet, but from what I’ve been reading about it, I’m rather dumbfounded. Sounds like it was poorly written on multiple levels, and it makes so little sense that they would allow one of their ORIGINAL CHARACTERS, as well as the WHOLE PREMISE OF THEIR SHOW be abused like that…I’m honestly baffled.

"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"I felt in love with Swanfire the first time I saw them in Tallahassee. I think Neal, Emma and Henry deserve a moment together, and so I have written my own story into it.
It’s a warm summer day. Henry and Neal are playing video games, while Emma is preparing the table for dinner. The sound of joy from them is warming Emma’s heart. She glances at the boys and smiles, before she says “dinner is ready”. Henry jumps up, walks to her and give her a hug “thanks mom” and sits down at the table. Neal comes to Emma and gives her a kiss and whispers in her ear, “there’s no place like home”. Emma smiles agreeably, hugs him, before interrupts Henry eating, “What do you think if we get away from Tallahassee for a few weeks and go to visit your mom?” Henry smiles, “that would be great, I really miss her, Rumbelle and Snowing.”
This still won’t make me a CS fan. If I have to ship then I’m now officially on a MonkeySwan train if they insist on putting Emma with someone. She was happy for 8 months. The only other person to make her happy was Neal. (Too bad he’s on another show). But seriously, I hope they have her alone. She always says Henry is her happy ending and some people just aren’t meant to be tied down to one person.

And I know people are saying that not all hope is lost on the show, that there are other good people with hope in their lives but how about the guy that sacrificed everything that was important to him multiple times in his life? He’s not to have hope or a second chance with his family? And to be honest, if the message of this show is that if you put other people before yourself, you will always get screwed in the end, then this is not something I want to watch or endorse. I don’t know if I can watch another episode. I don’t mind coming here and talking to you all but I don’t know if I can continue the show especially since I know they will be shoving a ship down my throat that I don’t want to see or can even understand. I know everyone can see and interpret things differently but I have just never seen where CS has been in the works all along. I suppose if A&E say that was the plan from the start, I have to believe them but I just haven’t seen it ever and it does nothing for me. I would rather have Henry be Emma’s true love and that be it. This is not to be anti-CS, it’s just the way I see it and feel about it.
