But still underwhelmed with Hooks getup. Nice suit and all, Colin looks very handsome, but its still not very “Hook”. Eh.

I think Hook is like the only one who doesn’t look ridiculous.  I think the CGI is going to ruin it for me.  I hope not.

They’re both good-looking people so they’re going to look very nice, but neither of their outfits really fit their characters in my opinion. If I was their friend in real life attending the wedding, I would think, “Huh. Not what I would expect you to pick,” while nodding and smiling of course! Lol

The more I look at it the more I dislike the velvet–it’s not a fabric that reflects light. It absorbs it; I once read that magicians use black velvet on their tables so you can’t see what’s going on. But Hook is essentially wearing a big black hole; each piece is almost indistinguishable from the rest, especially right at the middle.

 

Also really no offense to Eduardo and his team who have produced some stunning looks over the years but the wedding dress itself is rather shoddy craftsmanship. Those seams.
