It’s probably just another witch getting axed off. Yeah, Drizella is seemingly still around by 715, so I doubt it’s her.
What characters are they considering beloved? Though this is a rewriting of some spoiler, so who knows how much can be taken seriously. Someone dies and someone is blamed. I agree, that whomever dies is probably nobody that matters. I would say Regina is the one most likely to be blamed because Rumpel is a cop, so he would already have another role in this scenario, but who knows.
Regina was my first thought but given that’s this is a Nook centric, it could be him. By the same measure, since next week is Alice centric (probably) she might also get the blame and have the story pick up next week.

There’s a devoted group of fans for every character. I don’t have strong feelings for (nope, not saying), but others treat this character or that relationship as sacrosanct.
