What other news characters are we going to meet on Once Upon a Time besides the Count, Aladdin, Jasmine and Captain Nemo? — Jose
When Cinderella returns in season 6, we’re going to meet her evil stepmom and stepsisters. Much like the first time she appeared on the show, Cinderella’s story will be a reflection of what’s going on with Emma. “That was Emma’s first happy ending she actually returned,” EP Edward Kitsis says. “That was the very first time that Emma, at the end of it, decided to stay in Storybrooke. She saw herself through Cinderella. Now we’re in a situation where what if someone could undo all the happiness you’ve done, would your life matter? [She’s] faced with somebody out there that’s trying to undo the ones [she has] done.”

And, from what I understand, they HAVE recast Lady Tremaine.
Also it says that we will be seeing the Stepsisters. With an ‘S’ on the end making it plural meaning both of them. So that means that either they’ve recast Ana (they did it with Jafar so I wouldn’t put it past them), they’re completely just ignoring Wonderland or they’ve got Anna Rigby back and managed to keep it under wraps.
I’m going with Options 1 & 2.

There is the option that there are more than two stepsisters, which would match with how Anastasia’s mother said “At least I have your sisters”. I’m not sure if she would have counted Cinderella, knowing how Lady Tremaine treats her. I’m thinking they’re going to completely ignore what they seemingly hinted on Wonderland, and act like that was never their plan.
