Maybe Zelena lost her best friend Dorothy.  We’ve seen lovers lost, parents lost, children lost but not the affect of a  true best friend.   I’d like a story about friendship.

That would certainly be an interesting twist in the Oz story, the Wicked Witch best friends with the heroine of the story, Dorothy.  That would be something.

the buildings in the Oz part of the panel (Emerald City) makes me think of New York. Maybe there will be a connection between those two great cities.

Do you think that Zelly could be the product of Cora and Eva’s father? That would make her not only Regina’s half sister but Snow’s half aunt.

I could see that. We’re gonna have YoungCora, YoungLeo and YoungEva all in the same ep. Leo is looking for his bride. Maybe as royals, Cora and Henry are invited to the ball (like the one held when Henry was looking for a wife) and Eva’s there with her parents, and Cora sees her father and dun dun duuuunnnnn, she recognises him as the man whose baby she had back in her poorhouse days.

Looking at the poster, all the tiny glowing lights in the first panel remind me of fairies. Could the figure (which happens to be between the two panels/worlds ) be Tinkerbelle? The back of the head looks a bit like Tink’s hairdo.

Perhaps Cora wasn’t originally poor? She didn’t seem to care for the class divide which you would think would’ve been drilled into her had she been poor from birth. I’m thinking Cora’s family used to be well off, Cora’s mother may have even had a job working at the palace (perhaps seamstress), something which would’ve allowed Cora to mingle with the upperclasses. Then Cora’s mother dies or leaves, leaving Cora and her father. With the loss of income and the fallout from the mother’s death/departure, Cora and her father sink into poverty.

I could see them doing something like that PoM, especially if they wanna make Zelena the child of Cora and a royal, because it would quite easily put Cora in the vicinity of royals in a believable way.
