Think it was TheWatcher who posted about the land of Ev not too long ago. The royal family there all have names that start with Ev, so I’ve been thinking that that’s potentially where Eva came from. And about all the BLUE association, in case you forgot what colour the unicorns in the mobile are…
*Floored* Plus, the fact that the mobile was featured in a scene between Snow and Emma, mother and daughter, as recently as 3×11 makes me think that the unicorn mobile was a motif between mother and daughter before…only in was Eva and Snow, and before that, Glinda and baby Snow. *Family feels*
All so excellent. I think we’re solving this puzzle, guys. 🙂
Eva is from Oz, probably Ev. She owned the slippers (silver) and is somehow related to Glinda (sister, daughter…)

Looks like the gang is standing outside of SB to be as you can see Hook by the sign from SB saying Welcome to Storybrooke.
Oz is beyond the sign, therefore to the left of the sign, the part with the forest in the background, is representing SB.
If Belle and Neal are gonna be on the 3rd panel, along with Zelena, then I’d say there could be some merit to the theories that Belle and Neal will team up to go after Rumple, who is being held prisoner by Zelena.

Yeah. Third panel is Belle, Neal with Rumple with Zelena, who is having a stare down with Regina. We’ll also see a bit more of Oz.

That is what I think too, since all of the series regulars are probably accounted for in the official S3b paneling. (Though where Henry would fit it to the third panel is a curious question, since he’s been in SB with Emma as far as we know, yet he’s absent from the first panel where one might expect him to be).

Because I they are showing the people who are from FTL and Henry isn’t. He would be in the last one maybe with the Witch and perhaps her monkey.
Since the second half of the season is driven by Regina and Zelena’s conflict, I think that the objects suspended in the twister are much more representative of them rather than anyone else. Consider the fact that Regina is the one who has been in close contact with unicorns (the one Rumple took the heart from, the one going across the title card in Thing You Love Most, Maleficnent’s pony, numerous instances of Regina and the mobile in Gold’s shop, and the unicorn tapestry in reflected in the mirror and backing Regina in Skin Deep) might be worth considering that when Rumple mentioned the slippers and made a passing reference to the Witch to Jefferson in The Doctor, Regina had a noticeable reaction. As the great sleuth of Baker St. once proclaimed “something’s afoot.”

Ok. Here comes my big theory, that combines everything we’ve seen so far, including @WickedRegal WickedSisters theory
–We know Cora and Eva are roughly the same age.
–We know think that Cora had Zelena before the events of the Miller’s Daughter
–According to the second panel, it looks like maybe baby Zelena was swept up and taken to Oz
Here is what I am thinking.
Cora has Zelena before TMD and the baby is taken to Oz where she lands in Eva’s kingdom, Ev. Eva’s family is a kind one so they take in the baby orphan and raise her in Oz. Cora and Eva meet shortly after Cora has lost Zelena and is unaware that Eva is raising Zelena as her young baby sister. Eva and Cora have a small feud (TMD) and later Cora becomes Queen and then has Regina whom everyone assumes is her firstborn. Eva marries Leo and moves to the EF from Oz and eventually has Snow, leaving her adopted sister Zelena behind.
Cora kills Eva by poison and word is sent to Oz. Zelena wants vengeance on Cora, not knowing that Cora is her own mother. However, she is still youngish at the time and can’t leave Oz and her powers aren’t fully developed. But then Regina takes matters into her own hands and shoves Cora through the looking glass and Zelena accepts that she’ll never have revenge on Cora herself. But then Regina starts a feud with Snow, who Zelena thinks of as her niece. Zelena restratigizes, planning to go after Regina for harming Snow. But then Regina casts the original Curse and all the lands are frozen.
When time starts moving again, Zelena can’t get to SB because she has no portal so she must wait for Regina to return to the EF, which they do in 3×11. Zelena goes to the EF and sets up shop, waiting for the right time to cast her new curse and send everyone–memoryless-back to SB, this time going with them in the disguise of a kind schoolteacher.
She spends her time in SB plotting to take down Regina, using Rumple who has gone to Oz via the dagger.
