Lily would have to be a couple of months older than Emma.
And this is probably around summer 1999, given that they’re going camping. Emma is about 15, but it’s still over a year before she meets Neal. (That would have been late 2000, early 2001, depending on how long they were together. She turns 18 in October 2001, and around then is when Henry is born.)
I only question because Lily was living with her boyfriend which means she was probably sleeping with him. It was his idea to commit armed robbery which suggests he’s not exactly a stand up guy so the likelihood that he wouldn’t be sleeping with Lily is unlikely however, considering Lily would only be 16 at most, isn’t that illegal in US?

Depends on the age of the boyfriend. There’s no reason to suspect that he isn’t 16 himself. It would also depend on the individual US state.

She is a thief–it’s established that on at least three separate occasions, she’s robbed people and stores, as well as breaking and entering–one robbery being an armed one. 2. The wolf distracting Emma. Nice callback there to previous mythology, even if it doesn’t (yet, please, A&E connect this somehow) make a whole lot of sense in this context.
I think it’s a Doctor Who reference. What kind of wolf keeps causing cars to crash?
