Regina has 7 uncles. Since everyone in Once is related to one another it’s possible that Elsa is Regina’s cousin.

Since Elsa has been locked up in Regina’s vault, I am sure she is out to get Rumple.

Regina  has just had her heart broken by Robin,Emma, Rumple, and Henry.

Time for Elsa and Regina to wreck SB-just LET IT GO!

“Frozen triplets” was my first thought but it does seem a little weird for Cora to have another secret daugther… Elsa and Regina are very similiar (there is an excelent post on tumblr that compares them but I can’t find it) so I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re related.

You know what I can't continue with the dead people brought back to life list I'm out of space in the signature and now we have an underworld arc this is to much I quit why do you bring so many people back to life OUAT WHHHYYYY

I really hope they don’t have Elsa related to Regina…or for that matter, anyone in the current cast. It’s honestly just becoming convoluted. “Snow’s second cousin married Regina’s great aunt, and their daughter married a man….”

I don’t want this to happen. It’s plausible, yes, but unnecessary. The family tree is already branched out way more than it needs to be. Adding Elsa is nice but I don’t want everyone to be related. Before you know it, jafars father will be one of the brothers of Henry sr. making him related to everyone too 😛

I agree. It would be nice for once to have a villain on this show who isn’t motivated by a family related vendetta.

i am wondering if she is related to Snow’s mom Eva since she came from the Northern Kingdom since Snow could be tied to the word Frozen. Really, hoping she isn’t related to anyone I am so sick and tried of that.
