I read online that Disney will be filming a Malificent movie with Angelina Jolie in the title role.

Daniel did a post about this on the blog: https://oncepodcast.com/maleficent-movie-by-disney-coming-in-2014/ but it’s nice to have place to talk about it on the forums.
I, for one, am cautiously optimistic. They could do a really good job; the make-up and headdress look great. But it’s really too soon to tell.

That’s true. I mean Snow White and the Huntsman had awesome visuals but, storywise, not so great.

I think it could be interesting, but it will be twisting our minds because we’ll probably end up cheering for the bad guy—er, girl.
