This site has been reliable in the past, as it previously was the first to reveal “Going Home” as the title for Once Upon A Time episode 311. IMDB is listing a synopsis for the episode, and they too have been reliable in terms of releasing episode details for Wonderland:

Cyrus and Alice reluctantly work with the Red Queen to find Will but must also be prepared to defend themselves from Jafar. Will has troubles of his own when the caterpillar finds the bottle.”

Sounds very plausible and nothing overly spoilery.

It’s like we’re getting WL stuff piecemeal. So we know 109 = Nothing to Fear; 110= ?; 111= The Heart of the Matter; 112= ?; 113=? (season/series finale)

“Nothing to Fear” – The Knave is released from the bottle by Lizard and she is given the opportunity to make her dreams come true with three wishes. Cyrus, and a reluctant Alice, partner with the Red Queen to find and rescue the Knave, while the Red Queen is captured by peasants who want payback for her cruel reign. Meanwhile, Jafar has taken over the Red Queen’s castle and learns of a fearful creature called the Jabberwocky who he plans to ally himself with, on “Once Upon a Time in Wonderland,” THURSDAY, MARCH 6 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
“Once Upon a Time in Wonderland” stars Sophie Lowe as Alice, Michael Socha as Knave of Hearts, Peter Gadiot as Cyrus, Emma Rigby as The Red Queen with Naveen Andrews as Jafar and John Lithgow as the voice of the White Rabbit.
