http://stvplus.com/, a sister site of Spoiler TV, is listing “Nothing to Fear” as the episode title. This site has been reliable in the past, as it previously was the first to reveal “Going Home” as the title for Once Upon A Time episode 311. IMDB is listing a synopsis for the episode, and they too have been reliable in terms of releasing episode details for Wonderland:
Cyrus and Alice reluctantly work with the Red Queen to find Will but must also be prepared to defend themselves from Jafar. Will has troubles of his own when the caterpillar finds the bottle.”[adrotate group="5"]January 16, 2014 at 6:01 pm #237560
Sounds very plausible and nothing overly spoilery."He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"February 5, 2014 at 9:56 am #243006February 5, 2014 at 10:11 am #243014
It’s like we’re getting WL stuff piecemeal. So we know 109 = Nothing to Fear; 110= ?; 111= The Heart of the Matter; 112= ?; 113=? (season/series finale)"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"February 14, 2014 at 2:01 pm #244984
Here’s the press release. Seems like that previous synopsis was a fake:

“Nothing to Fear” guest stars include Peta Sergeant as Jabberwocky,
Not “the voice of” like Lithgow gets credited. So, the Jabberwocky has a human form?February 14, 2014 at 2:26 pm #244993
The Knave is released from the bottle by Lizard and she is given the opportunity to make her dreams come true with three wishes
Makes it seem like the bottle is still in WL. Odd. I thought it’d go to SB
