Rumple tells Belle and Gideon that everything he does is for them so in spite of lying to Emma and co about banishing the Black Fairy and taking her heart, who else thinks Rumple has a plan up his sleeve? What could it be?

Oh I believe he has a plan, I just don’t like it. It just doesn’t seem like this will end well and whatever happens the so called heroes are gonna scream bloody murder when they find out Black Fairy isn’t dead.

My TV lost the last couple of minutes of the show due to a storm so I didn’t get to see the very end so I don’t know exactly what happend.  If someone could clue me in that would be great.  The last thing I saw with Rumbelle was them as a family and Rumple telling Belle and Gideon that even when they don’t think so, everything he does is for them.

As for Rumple’s plan he most certainly has one.  I mean Robert’s face is very expressive and Belle really should have been able to pick up on that as he is talking to Gideon and her that everything is not okay.  She probably assumes it is about defeating the black fairy.  As Rumple is talking to his mom it was like he was seeing the past him and all his mistakes.  He had a look of disgust when BF talked about toughing Gideon up.  Rumple was not buying it at all.  I think it was in that moment that he started coming up with a plan to defeat the black fairy. I mean Rumple was always an incredibility loving and caring father before the dark curse so he does not buy into this tough love crap the BF was throwing about. Does he  understand her, yes because she parallels him so much but he also knows that he failed as a father and does not want to fail with Gideon also.  We can say many things about Rumple but he is very self aware and understands when he screws up.  He knows he messed up choosing power over Bae he won’t make the same mistake with Gideon.

    Basically:

–Rumple did not banish the Black Fairy nor did he really take her heart.

–The Black Fairy told Rumple that he enjoys (not quite the word, stronger than that but I can’t remember the exact wording) being the Dark One more than he would the Savior

–The talk about the final battle
