No one is shoving anything down our throats- they are just telling a story, and OutlawQueen’s has only just begun. It’s not their problem if you aren’t fond of them. I’m a little disappointed they aren’t focusing on this being Belle’s story too, but we know she is going to be featured a lot- they are introducing another character from her story! She is seen quite a bit in the promo, and I have a hunch this is the episode in which Belle learns Rumple is alive. We are going to learn how they brought him back, and Belle is figuring into the story in both the present day and the past! I’m beyond excited for this episode. It’s going to be the most we’ve seen of Belle since “Dark Hollow” and I think it’s going to be a turning point in Belle’s involvement. Don’t worry so much about what they are choosing to promote.
@Betsy We typically get 2 sneak a week–one of SB and one of the FTL flashback. You don’t know what we’re getting next. And it’s very possible that whatever is going on in FTL with Neal and Belle is too spoilery.

Yes. but also very Snowing, Rumbelle, SF. All our couples, when they meet, are saucy, snarky, sassy, and there is often a drink involved.
I don’t usually watch SP anymore, so I wouldn’t be spoiled anyway, but I don’t think that’s the reason…….they spoiled Neal’s reunion with Gold in NL, they spoiled the entire phone call scene……. Yeah, it’s ABC being ABC, but it’s also Adam/Eddy wanting Regina Hood so much…
I know, I know…….I just have to learn to accept that my favorite couple and 2nd favorite character (right behind Gold) will always be red-headed step-children on this show. Well of course, Belle was never supposed to be a regular, so I shouldn’t be surprised, but it hurts nonethless. How inconsistent is this show? Belle believes Gold is alive in FTL, but she doesn’t in SB? Did she lose a few brain cells? Why didn’t she wonder about not seeing the dagger? Sorry for venting – it really hurts……..
Angie, I’ll leave the Regina Hood stuff alone because……..well, just because. I hurts me knowing we’re going to get them and never going to get Rumbelle….and I don’t think Emilie has been filming that much recently, so she won’t be much a part of the last episodes.
I’m happy that you’re happy, I really am……I don’t expect much from this episode. It’s all going to be about Neal’s feelings, apparently………even though he’s clearly doing this in large part because he wants his papa’s help. What about the fact that it was Belle who believed he was alive and now her pain and grief will be ignored and she’s just a tag along?
I don’t think Belle will find out Gold is alive in SB until the nighttime confrontation….I don’t think anyone will tell her. That’s just how it goes for Belle on the show.
One thing about OUAT – even if you have a ‘ship – you cannot watch for just one or 2 characters. You’ll be incredibly disappointed. I don’t mean that to be rude, aggressive or mean, just that it’s a show with 9 billed leads and literally what, 20 secondary characters?…in a perfect world everyone gets exactly the same amount of screen time as the others, but that may not be the case. I understand I’m spoiled with my particular ship (CS) but I don’t just watch for them, and if they go another route, I’ll understand because the joy of the show is the sum of all its parts.
HOWEVER, since I love pretty much every character/storyline this half of the season, between the promos and this sneak peek I am very excited for the episode! She saw the lion tattoo!! OQ is HAWT!!! No wonder Robin Hood’s real life wife ‘ships it!

I love Belle best of all (even slightly more than Rumple) and I totally get your frustration–they promised us that leaving her behind when they went to Neverland didn’t mean they’d forget her, but it sure felt like they did. And so yeah, I’m worried too that she won’t get the attention she deserves.
But as to her not wondering in Storybrooke–why would she tell a perfect stranger her theories? the only one she spoke to about it in the Enchanted Forest (at least so far) is Neal, who, yeah, she’s had little time to get to know but who she knows through Rumple in a way that makes him feel like an intimate friend. (They’ve been talking, more or less, about Rumple’s son since she was at the Dark Castle.) Besides, he’s the one other person she knows loves Rumple, which gives them a strong bond.
I don’t think her “He died” to Zelena is a mistake. It’s what everyone saw happen…but that doesn’t mean she has no doubts about it suddenly. It just means she’s not going to share her wild theories, especially ones that are a bit dangerous to Rumple (dagger controls him, after all) with just anyone.

Jenna, I don’t watch ONCE for just a couple of characters.. I know SO many Rumbellers who are pained and frustrated by the 5 separations over less than4 seasons, over Belle’s lack of screentime. We’re not asking for this to be the Rumbelle show, we’re asking for screentime commensurate with how wonderful and popular they are, for Belle to have more than 2 minutes in an episode………. Because we’ve gotten squat on both ends, stuff like this stings all the more.
Keb, but I never said she should share it with anyone…….but clearly she truly thinks he’s dead here, she wasn’t faking those tears in the shop. It’s just terrible, inconsistent writing. Thank you for understanding how I feel. Now Adam and Eddy have been very specific about how we’re going to see her be a hero, using her intelligence; Adam said that what she does in the past will reflect the present (or vice versa) and that her self-reliance, brains and resourcefulness will shown. SOO maybe her story is later developing, but it hurts to see ABC ignore her and Rumbelle……and it hurts that so much of what I hoped for Rumbelle, so much of what I’ve wanted to see, has never happened and never will.
Sorry for venting…… LOL I swear, I hope Emilie sticks to movies because I have the worst luck when it comes to her and tv shows.

Two different scenarios IMO. We knew Neal landed in NL in the previous episode. Obviously he’s probably going to run into people soon. This whole episode is one big “solve the Neal question.” There aren’t going to be any present day Sneaks that give that away.
The phone call wasn’t the only thing they released–they gave out like 1/3 of that entire episode. And that’s when ABC had a different idea about marketing–more sneak = more eyeballs on Sunday. They don’t believe that anymore.
OQ is big. It is. It’s the hot new thing. It’s one of the most popular character in the fandom finding her true love. Of course they are going to promote it. This is just enough to make people want to tune in.
And as sensitively as I can put this–your two favorite characters are going to be alive when this is over. Please try sitting where I am. I’m not stupid. Shoot–I freaking post 3/4 of our spoilers, I know how this is going. You’re upset about Belle’s screen time? Well my favorite character (because Neal is tied with Rumple for me) is probably going to be gone before 401. So…maybe while you’re lamenting Rumbelle (who are my OTP), remember that.

I think Belle *will* find out Rumple is alive in this episode- the promo shows the others finding him. At the very least, I think she find him in the Enchanted Forest of the past year even if she no longer remembers in the present day.
Anyway, I think the sneak peek is awesome! Counting the days.
