I personally think the only death that would be so “shocking” on the show is Henry’s. Everyone else I’m positive is safe, or at the very least them dying wouldn’t be a shock at all. But killing off poor Henry after all he’s done to make his mother believe in the curse of Storybrooke, now THAT would indeed be shocking and make viewers wanna throw things at their television.
Henry’s definitely a possibility, it’s so out there that you wouldn’t expect them to go there. I’ll stick with Rumplestiltskin for now based on limited information but Henry’s a strong 2nd for me.

I still say that is a show ender. And didn’t Ginnifer Goodwin just say that the show will make you want to throw stuff at the tv and not that a death will make you want to do that?
April 25, 2012 at 1:07 pm #143983obisgirlParticipantI don’t want Belle to die; I want her to have a happy ending with Rumple.
I think it’s possible Regina might die and then next season, we get a new villain. 😈
August might die but I want to see him hopefully, survive to make it season two, so his relationship with Emma can grow.
April 25, 2012 at 1:23 pm #143988mickeyParticipantIt all depends whether the curse is broken this season or not. If it is, then, I think, the main focus of the show will be shifted to something else, and such characters as Emma or Henry might not be of that importance in season 2.
April 25, 2012 at 2:11 pm #143995angiebelleParticipantI don’t want *anybody* to die! So the fact that they said it would be a shock worries me because that indicates it would be one of the characters I figured were safe- Emma, Regina, Rumple, Henry, Snow, or Charming….goodness I hope it’s not any of them! The show wouldn’t be the same without them.
I’m wondering where on earth the show will go for the next season.
April 25, 2012 at 7:18 pm #144046hjbauParticipantI don’t think they should just introduce entirely new main characters for the next season. That doesn’t make sense to me at all. And we know that Jennifer is going to the upfronts so she is still going to be in the show next season. Emma, Snow, Charming, Regina, and Henry are like the main characters of the show so i don’t think they can just get rid of them and have new ones and that be good for the show. If they just want to have two seasons then they can do that.

How about this: If Henry does die, Emma gets extremely grieved because she was in the process of getting custody of him at the time. In her grief, Emma attempts to drive out of SB..only to find that she is now STUCK in SB. Then, Emma would have something in common with Mr. Gold – both of them losing a son. Emma would be in the same boat Rumple found himself…stuck in a relm she wants to leave.

I think its very possible that Regina may die..but may be back as the EQ still next season. She has basically run through her story arc in Storybrooke and with the breaking of the curse there wouldn’t be much for that character I think.
Also, Malificent is coming back in the finale…so, maybe we have a new female villain to focus on for season 2?
April 25, 2012 at 10:20 pm #144078hjbauParticipantI really just think that they have built up all of this between Snow and Regina that it seems too easy and too early to just kill Regina just like that.
I just don’t see how it is an interesting show if Henry is dead. It will just be Emma wanting revenge and that being it. And how would Henry die? Would Regina kill him? Would Emma know? And if she knew wouldn’t she be going after Regina to kill her? How do they walk around town normally if any of that happens. I don’t get how they walk around town normally if everyone believes either.

She would if she now realizes that she has to save her parents and the rest of the town? It looks like she’s gonna start believing so she’ll know the truth about that. I’m just connecting dots with what Ginnifer said I’m sure someone from the main cast dying will have that effect!
