I really like the idea of pushing them emotionally. Since Henry is kidnapped, everyone will be fighting each other, GOAT and all the emotions that come with that. Plus if Neal finds out about Tamara, he’s going to be reconciling his feelings about Emma and then you’ve got Lacey becoming Belle ( I hope I hope I hope) and Rumple fighting against his darker nature and AAHHH! This is going to be amazing.

If the core cast leaves the town still exists. There are several other residents in Storybrooke and they are ALL not leaving. So I don’t think that will happen, I think it will be just a normal town, or it will be invisible to outsiders. Or everyone in the town could be transported back. Archie nor the doc, or Ruby are going to NL, so they must be staying in the town Right?

Question: On Greg’s father he would have aged right so what he must be in his 50’s now, what if that wolf that stopped Emma from leaving was Greg’s father after all Regina just came over and still have some of her magic it was just a thought.

Interesting. The question for me and that you bring up is how much magic did Regina have and how powerful was it?

I would agree except there is a theory that the remaining cast will leave for FTL to take it back from the Ogres because no matter what this season has shown that Storybrooke is not safe.

You know maybe we do have it wrong what if Greg/Tamara went to FL instead of NL. NL is just the story of Hook and Bae and if Aurora mets up with Bae as Cora stated her Prince is in another realm so what if they are in NL. and the Charming Family does retrun to FL especially since Snow has a castle to live in where will they live in NL on the ground all the time? ❓

I personally doubt they’d all stay in NL forever- it’s just where they believe Henry has been taken, so thats where they are heading to.
It’s not truly home for any of them- they are all from FTL.

I do think it could be interesting to reverse the order we’ve seen to date & have SB become the Flashback part of the story, with NL &/or FTL being the present day plot- I’m open to it anyway 😉

In any case I would have Snow teach me how to shoot arrows and have PC teach me to fight better with a sword if I was Emma especially if they are going back to FL which I hope they do. Then we can get all the characters back to what there were example Rumble, and the BF. 🙂

If the Charmings intend to go home to FTL, they’ll intend to take all the inhabitants of SB with them. Those people are their subjects, the people who lived in their land. There’s no point just taking the Charming family back there. They can’t rebuild the place on their own, they need everyone. So everyone in SB gets a bean to go home. If they all use them at the same time, that’s one hell of a portal, so maybe the whole town would get phyiscally sucked through, so to speak?

Anyway, even if that’s their original plan, I’m thinking that all changes once Henry is kidnapped. Operation Home To FTL would surely get put on the backburner so the Charmings and Regina can just concentrate on finding Henry. Unless they take some beans for themselves to get to NL and then to FTL after that, and tell the rest of the town to use the rest of the beans and meet them in FTL.

Agree that if the Charmings go- most, if not all the towns folk will go too.

I thought more than one person could use a portal though- Hooks bean took an entire ship & pirate crew through, Bea’s bean was for Rumple & himself, Cora & Hook went the 2nd time- Given what we’ve seen so far, I had just assumed there was no limit to how many could go through at once, as long as the portal was open.

Agree with you again regarding them all living here or there, that will certainly go on the back-burner until they get Henry back safe & sound…. but then I thought they wouldn’t break the curse until end of this season, sooo…..yeah 😆 😉

I’m not so surprised about that; a while back there was a fan theory about SB disappearing (a la Brigadoon). So, I for one think SB could cease to exist while the core cast is having adventures in NL or EF. As long as the inhabitants are there, the town exists, but when everyone leaves, the town vanishes.

I think differently. I think Storybrooke’d remain there as a ghost town, allowing for any outsider to stop by and even try to take ahold of the magical power that exists within its limits. Any other kind of follow-up is too easy an answer to the problem the showrunners are bringing with outsiders Greg and Tamara attempting to seize magic for their own ends.

I believe Kurt was said to be in his 40s in his casting call, so that’d make him a 70 or so years old nowadays.
