If that is the case maybe Bae had to go to FL to get the medal and get Kurt’s soul back hmmmmm 😕

But how did Kurt loose his soul since the medallion has always been with Rumple? The medallion was in his shop until he used it in Broken.

I still think Kurt might be in the basement.

Ok, fine how about this idea then Regina used the Hat as she still had some magic since she just arrived. ❓

I suppose that is possible except that the hat lead you to the room of doors, so how would Kurt know to go to NL?

Perhaps the Sheriff or the Madhatter took him there and just pushed him through the door remember Regina knew how to work the hat. Maybe she took his Heart and was able to tell him what door to go through too?

First, I’m not trying to destroy your theories, just trying to get us down to a theory.

1) How ever many people go through the hat, must come back. So for Jefferson or the Sheriff to take Kurt through, two people had to come back.

2) The heart thing is a possibility. But that means that she had to be able to take hearts in SB when there was very little magic.

Yeah, I don’t buy that Regina was able to do magic like sending Kurt to another realm prior to the curse broken. Magic was very scarce prior to Rumple bringing it into town. She could only create new magic from existing magical objects.
