Yeah, I don’t buy that Regina was able to do magic like sending Kurt to another realm prior to the curse broken. Magic was very scarce prior to Rumple bringing it into town. She could only create new magic from existing magical objects.
Except didn’t she or Gold say since it has been 28 years it would tough to do but since this is right after the curse she would still have the ability to do magic without objects until time takes away all the magic ❓ ❓

Belle is very good at seeing the good in people. If she says it’s there, it’s there. And we saw him as a good man once in his pre-dark one days. He has it in him.
Slightly off topic, but is Belle really THAT perceptive about goodness? There is a saying that love is blind. She described Hook as “rotten to the core.” I, like many others, have a different view given the scenes showing him doing things like saving Aurora’s heart from falling into the portal, or nudging transformed fish guy into the water. I think if we were meant to think Hook were truly rotten, the show would not include those scenes. So if Hook also has the capacity to be reformed, why did Belle not see that ? Granted, a guy threatening to kill your boyfriend might make it hard to see that guy’s redeeming qualities, but a lot of people think she is somehow the ultimate in seeing good underneath darkness. Maybe she is just naive!
I want to trust her judgement of Rumpel because I want Rumpel to ultimately make the right choices, but I have to admit, she (and all of us fans in the audience) may be overestimating his degree of reformation at this early point in the story. We may be in for some tricky reversals that might have us shouting at the screen. Before Manhattan, many people thought Rumpel would take on the role of kindly grandpa to Henry, but what we saw was much more complicated. There is still a lot of fear and anger in Rumpel.
I think there is more to come for Belle to truly accept even the darkest parts of his heart, and change them. I think her judgement will become less naive, especially after she integrates the Lacey persona. I think that is part of her journey, why the writers chose to unfold her tale that way, rather than choosing some other obstacle for Rumbelle.
So far as the spoilers go, I think it is entirely possible that Rumpel might have some kind of plan to “neutralize” the threat of Henry, similar to his idea of how to handle getting revenge on Regina at the start of the season. I don’t think he is in as dark of a place as at the start of the season, for he has learned some things, but I do think he has not learned enough to be a hero yet.
Belle’s ability to see the goodness in others is her “superpower” so to speak. I’m pretty sure Adam and Eddie have stated as much. And Rumple *does* have good in him- we have seen it too. He was a good man prior to becoming the Dark One. As for Belle’s claim about Hook…well, all she has seen is him wanting to kill Rumple and attacking her. She has not seen anything remotely good from him. She has actually seen Rumple’s good side.
I do think Rumple wants Henry out of the way, but he wants to stop himself from harming him. He doesn’t want to be that monster.
I am really curious to learn more about Lacey and how Lacey will affect Belle’s future.

I agree. I think Kurt’s in the basement. And probably insane by this point.

They said it in the Crocodile official podcast, pretty sure.

Object still had power, yes, thus why should get the hat to work in An Apple as Red as Blood. BUT, she could’t do magic on her own, like taking a heart.
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"April 2, 2013 at 11:44 pm #184075HappyEndingsSpectatorQuestion: Don’t you think it would be obvious to have Kurt in the Hospital Basement? ❓
Maybe she did just kill Kurt she killed her own father. ❗

About as obvious as Neal being Baelfire, yes. But..I also think it’s what makes the most sense. And to the causal viewer it may not be obvious. We …are not causal viewers. We are insane.

😆 😆 So True!!!
April 2, 2013 at 11:52 pm #184078CrownedWithLaurelsParticipantHaving rewatched the video, I do think it is a bean. And when they back up, they’re backing up because they’re trying to avoid the edge of the massive portal tornado they’ve just opened up. Then when they start running again, they run and jump into the portal… (which will obviously be shot on a green screen..)
?????? MAYBE???? 😆Keeper Nealfire's/Bae's scarf, Henry and Neal's bribery ice cream sundae, Baelfire's sword, the coconut map, and more.

?????? MAYBE???? 😆That’s a really good theory. So then the question becomes:
1) Why does Tamara want to go to NL?
2) Why does Greg want to go to NL seeing as he hasn’t found is father!*btw: we haven’t seen any shots of Kurt at all!*
"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"April 3, 2013 at 12:16 am #184081HappyEndingsSpectatorOk, on the person that is dead on the rocks which I never saw but I think that is Granny who will be killed now like the one person suggested the reason why I think this is because Granny must have seen Tamara go to Owens room and tried to warn someone but I still don’t know why Henry was on the swing ❓
Is this the same episode where everyone thinks Gold is having a dream on the birthday party? I am starting to get confused again sorry. 😕
