Happy Endings, what is that last quote from?

The Lost Boys could be the boys who met Captian Flynn instead 😉
Wait a sec…Captain Flynn….Kurt Flynn…..Owen Flynn…..Connection? 💡
😯 😯 😯 I never caught that!!!!
The one thing I have always wondered, is if there is any particular reason why Emma’s last name is “Swan“, seeing as how Elizabeth’s last name was “Swan” in “Pirates of the Carribean”.

I think her last name is Swan because she is like the swan in the ugly duckling story. At least that what JMo says.

Matt Mitovich: As far as Neal, I just spoke to Eddy Kitsis and Adam Horowitz (…), and they said that they’ve seen a LOT of theories about Neal out there, probably including the Peter Pan one, they say that they have not seen anyone get it right yet.*headdesk*
But Eddy and Adam insist she has absolutely no other alternate identity. She’s not another character, she’s Tamara, period, end of story. She’s from our world and she’s just looking to get the scoop on the magic.
This makes me laugh, because when the casting call for Barrett (Greg) first came out, I was sure he’d just be some regular real world person trying to hunt down magic for some nefarious reason. But since seeing him on the show, I’ve wanted him to have an alter ego, and I’ve been through so many different ideas on who Tamara could really be. But in the end, she’s who I thought Greg was originally gonna be.

The pirate thing might work, given the outfit young Dylan was in. Plus, Neal was a thief in our world and pirates do have a tendency to take what isn’t rightfully theirs. 😆
But at some point Nealfire left Hook, if he was working for him. So the question is why? Did he find out that Hook and Milah had been togehter?
Whatever else Nealfire’s role in NL is, I’ve figured he had to be part of Hook’s crew since we learned that he knew how to drive the boat. I’d been thinking that Nealfire was going by the false name of Peter in case his father came looking for him, and he became friends with Hook, neither of them realising their connection, and then one day it somehow all got revealed that Hook is the one who his mother had left with, and the fallout from that is what caused Nealfire to leave NL. But if he’s not gonna go by the name Peter…there goes that.

I think what it means is that we haven’t guessed at how it all fits in together. Like someone said earlier in the thread, the way they twist these stories maybe quite different than what we are expecting in this case.

So if Belle and Gold DO go with the others to Neverland or FL, does that mean Belle gets her memory back by then? Cause as Lacey she has no idea about magic or everyone’s true identity so how would Gold get her to come with them if she still has no memory and doesn’t believe in any of it?
My fingers are crossed lol.
Well between 19 and 22, there’s still a lot that will happen between Lacey and Gold. Based on everything Adam/Eddy and Bobby have said, I’m sure Belle will have her memories back by the end of the finale. William Keck at TV Guide also said this:
William Keck William Keck @KecksExclusives 6 Apr
@shawngf7 @onceabc some sweet playoffs ahead, most definitely. U won’t be disappointed.LOL He meant payoffs, not playoffs, obviously. So all this evidence, plus filming spoilers (clearly more Belle was coming out of Lacey, from the photos we saw, plus we know Bobby and Emilie filmed at one point with the dwarves) indicates Gold was stopping at nothing to restore Belle

Nice! Thank you! I hadn’t seen that quote about payoffs, and didn’t know they filmed with the dwarves either! Wonder what that scene’s about.
I’m just glad that it doesn’t look like they’ll be dragging this out into next season – amnesia stories with no end in sight seem too soap opera-ish to me lol.April 8, 2013 at 12:44 pm #184969RumplesGirlKeymasterRe: Emma SWAN and PotC: the Swan isn’t a connection to the PotC franchise, but they did clearly model Hook on Captain Jack (at least in part). Also, back in the beginning of S2 when they first discovered Hook hiding among the dead bodies, he pretended to be a blacksmith, which I do think is a call back to PotC: Will Turner was a blacksmith until he realized he was always meant to be a pirate.
If Tamara isn’t anyone magical whatsoever then…I’m stumped. People have suggested a giant corporation that’s trying to hunt down magic and that’s starting to sound like a plausible theory.

Perhaps the giant corporation will have been founded by a guy named …..Walt. 😆

I still think Tamara could be the daughter of FTL characters, but she just so happens to have been born in our world, similar to Henry. That would still meet the criteria that Eddy and Adam said she had no alternate identity, just like Henry Mills is his own character.

Good point! That would mean it’s still possible for her to be the daughter of Marian and Robin (which was my running theory…) If she was born in our world and thus never cursed, she wouldn’t have two lives inside her head. She would have always been Tamara. Robin and Marian themselves aren’t magical but they come from a land with magic and thus could have told her about it. Also, it’s bit like Emma: she has no alternative identity, her story is brand new. I don’t recall if at any point Robin and Marian have children in their myth but Tamara could be someone new but still connected to FTL.
