I think this is an interesting thought but it would mean that the Rumple/Hook drama would be on hold and with Hook and his story becoming more prominent in S3 (we assume), I think a major part of that is how Rumple and Hook will continue to interact.

The fact that Rumple was on Hook’s ship at all suggests to me that they’ve called a truce of some sort by season’s end. Perhaps Nealfire demands they each get over themselves, if not for their own sakes, then for his, if he ends up stuck in the middle.

A thought occured to me. We know Greg and Tamara kidnap Henry, what if Neal is led to believe that Greg kidnapped Tamara as well? Neal isn’t supposed to find out Tamara’s true colours for a good long while yet. Tamara kidnapping Henry would be a bit obvious. What if Tamara sets it up so it looks like she’s been kidnapped along with Henry?

I could see Tamara doing that. Also agree with your other post that Greg will be redeemable because he’ll eventually figure out Tamara’s game, and how he’s as much her pawn as Henry is. I hope Greg eventually plays a role in Henry being reunited with his family, and his reward for that will be being reunited with his own father. Given what happened to him as a kid, I’d be disappointed in him if he turns out to be an active schemer in the kidnapping plot. Hopefully it will be a case of him being trapped into being an accomplice.

I agree that they’ve called a truce but I think it might be for this moment only. At this point the danger to everyone far out weighs the animoscity between Rumple and Hook. What’s important at the moment is survival and Henry. Once those two have been secured, I think that truce will end very rapidly and it will be Hook vs. Rumple and Regina vs. everyone again.

Agreed. I think they will wrap up the Belle memory story in 19 (all the promotions for it thus far seem to indicate that Rumbelle will be back together soon).

I think the fact that Sneezy will also be featured in the episode is a good sign that the memory loss will indeed be wrapped in “Lacey”. IIRC, Adam suggested he’d also get back his.

A few weeks ago Ethan Embry responded to a question I asked him on Twitter, if he would be on OUaT for S3 and he said (paraphrasing) ‘maybe.” So I wonder if Greg’s story will also wrap up by season’s end and we’ll be left fighting with Tamara.

Greg’s casting call specifically mentioned an option for season 3, unlike Tamara’s (though Matt Mitovich mentioned she could spill over to it when Sonequa’s casting was announced, who knows what’ll actually happen), so I’m leaning towards his story not ending in the finale. I think Ethan’s “maybe” is just because a definite positive statement would mean his character doesn’t die, which is kind of a spoiler when you think about it.

The way I understand things is that The Walking Dead films their season during Once Upon A Time’s break from filming. I believe they just started filming their new season, So it shouldn’t be much of a problem for her to do both shows

Question: In the preview photo’s of Belle for this episode wasn’t she still dressed like Lacey? ❓

Yes, but her hair was more “Belle” and there was an article stating that the beast would rub off on the beauty this time around. I think Belle is going to embrace both sides of herself, like the other characters in SB.

When David said that we are both, I thought he was refering to the names only because everyone went back to their orginal personality. How can Belle be both if she doesn’t go back to her orginally personality?

No, it was more than just names (because Charming still calls Snow “Snow” sometimes, at the start of the season). It meant that they were both people. They had lived two lives and both were true. Belle is going to go back to being Belle but she will also be Lacey, in her dress at least. She may be more wild but she’ll still be sweet and kind and be able to see the good in people, that’s my guess.

Just to clarify, here is Charming’s “both” speech

And I get that it’s easier to let go of bad memories, but… Even bad memories are part of us. David, Storybrooke David, was – is – weak, confused. And he hurt the woman I love. I wouldn’t give up being Charming just to be him, but, you know what? I wouldn’t make the other trade, either. Because that David reminds me, not only of who I lost, but of who I want to be. My weaknesses, and my strengths. David, and the Prince. I am both – just like you. You are both. The town is both. We are both

I think David meant that they were their cursed personalities for 28 years. Their experiences during that time still matter. Whale is still acting as a doctor even though he’s not Dr Whale any more. Red is still working at the diner even though she’s not Ruby any more.

Lacey I think is going to be very confident and can very much handle herself. When Belle gets her memory back, I think what she’ll get from Lacey is that she’ll realise she doesn’t have to take any crap from anybody, she can do what she wants.

I kind of got that impression when she was Belle, going against her father and standing up to Regina didn’t she make a comment to Rumble that is what she wanted to do can’t remember the exact words.
