    A picture of Neverland

Okay, so this a strange theory but if you notice there is a mountain in the middle of Neverland. Now this is just a wild theory, but could that Mountain be Bald Mountain from a Night on Bald Mountain from the famous Disney film Fantasia and if so, could we see one of the darkest Disney villains of all time makes his Once debut……Chernabog.

For those of you tragically unaware of Night On Bald Mountain from Fantasia.

It certainly does look like it. I like the idea, especially Chernabog who is very scary.

Good thinking RG I would have posted that but wasn’t sure If I had enough room on my post. Also agreed they mountains do look similar, Bald Mountain looks a little taller but sometimes scale doesn’t matter.

If it’s Heat Miser’s kingdom, I’ll be very happy.

    I’m Mr. Heat Meiser….

Land of misfit toys? That could get seriously creepy you know if that theory of Demileto’s was right and Pinochio was on NL. Lost boys and lost Toys running around together Lord of the Flies style.

Grrrrr, have tried posting in this thread 4 times now and it keeps sending me back to the front page of the site and I keep forgetting to copy my post just in case before I hit submit. So instead of the post I was gonna post with pictures and quotes and links, I’ll just say that Chernabog and his glowy eyes reminds me of PP. And the description of Chernabog here: http://disney.wikia.com/wiki/Chernabog reminds me a bit of Morraine’s description of Blue.

I couldn’t remember the lyrics of that song, but the mountain is totally the same looking.

Chernabog is interesting, but I was thinking about whether they might do a holiday episode now that I’ve got that Mr. Heat Miser song from the Year without Santa Claus (for some reason I thought his name was different because I hadn’t heard it since I was a child!). It’s a very old movie if its from 1974 so I totally got it confused with Rudolf and the little misfit toy one, as we have them on a dvd compilation of those stop-animated puppety Christmas specials.

I like the idea now that they bring back Mr. K, from the records office, and he’s actually Santa Claus (the episode was True North) and we get a holidays episode of Regina getting baby Henry and that’s as far as I’ve gotten. I don’t know what horribly tortuous way this connects up to Neverland.

I just think it would be funny if like with Frankenstein was the movie version of the story, they referenced something out of left field.

I always think of him as Mister Heatmeister, because of Burgermeister Meisterburger from Santa Claus Is Comin’ to Town.

You know if Rumple ever had a musical number I’ve always wanted it to sound like the Miser brothers song.
