Yes, and it seems so obvious now! I think the prophesy won’t necessarily be limited to Henry. I can’t believe I never thought of it myself. Hindsight bias. 😉
So let’s take this to the next logical question: how is Felix Rumple’s undoing? Technically, we haven’t met him yet.

Ok. I’ll jump on this and see where it takes me. If it makes no sense, it’s cause I’m just typing.
The Shadow, we’ve theorized in other places, might be a part of the Dark One. A piece of the Dark One broke off during The Return and came to A Land Without Magic AFTER it had gone to NL. This might explain why Rumple was never as Dark as he could be.
While in NL, the Shadow was put under the control of Felix. So when the cast get on the JR to go to NL, part of Rumple is already there and being controlled by Felix, who looks pretty sinister to me."He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"Ok I missed something. His love for his son and the desire to reunite with Bae. That Rumple’s love and guilt regarding Bae were keeping him from completely giving in to the dark side.
Any theories as to how Rumple can stop being the Dark One w/o dying? If so, where can I find them? Thank you all!

What if Rumple’s undoing is because he tries to save Henry from GOAT but they taser him but not for long enough because Emma, Regina, and the Charmings are after them. He survives but his Dark One side is gone.
