Credit: Jack Rowand .Once Upon a Time is only in its second season, but it still has typical television hiatuses down pat. Like its ABC cohorts, the fairy tale show goes on breaks often, usually disappearing for a few weeks at a time unannounced.

This time around, we only have one more week until the next episode (Season 2, Episode 19: “Lacey”) airs on Sunday, April 21 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC, but it seems like an eternity. (We’ve been waiting for weeks, ABC!) We know that when the show returns, we’ll have some serious Rumbelle moments, the triumphant return of The Giant (Anton) and our favorite dwarves as they potentially find a way back to Fairytale Land, and the introduction of sexy, bearded Robin Hood!

With all of that excitement ahead, we’re having a hard time being patient. Honestly, we’re grieving our favorite show as it takes this feels-like-an-eternity break, so we’ve come up with a coping plan. Join us in going through the seven stages of Once Upon a Time hiatus grief — in GIF form, natch.

I think what the one we got will be the promo for tonight but I could be wrong.

We’ll get a Lacey promo tonight, I’m almost sure of it.
The first sneak peak released by Wed or Thurs will probably be the one of Charming and Rumple in Granny’s that we’ve already seen.

I was doing well…but the withdrawal is really starting to seep in now! I’m going bonkers! I think I’ve watched that little sneak peek clip like a dozen times….
