I’m guessing we’ll see more of her in at least one future ep. They didn’t drop the bomb about her having slayed the Jabberwock just for the helluvit. There’s a story there waiting to be told.
Sorry but I disagree… I think there are statements made that we are suppose to take at FACE VALUE… If it is said it is to establish character …. I do not think they are going to go back and show the rest of the story… they did this with Cinderella, Hansel and Gretal, Lancelot the Mad Hatter. They bring these characters here to bounce the rest of the SNOW, PC, EMMA , HENRY, REGINA and Gold Belle stories off of … to make a point… to flesh out the episodes and the main arch…. I do not think all statements / stories presented or talked about will be investigated further.I also think part of the problem is that once an actor/ actress shows up on OUAT … they become a hot commodity and get signed up for other acting jobs. OUAT has a hard time keeping their characters available.

[adrotate group="5"]February 11, 2013 at 6:35 pm #172545PriceofMagicParticipantI watched the first 3 seasons of Lost but I didn’t think the references were over the top. To be honest I didn’t even notice them until they were pointed out. Obviously because Lost was such a big thing and OUAT is done by the same people, there is going to be references but so long as it’s not so in your face, I don’t see a problem. For example, the 42 minutes until landing, yes 42 is a Lost number but it doesn’t shout LOST REFERENCE!!!!!! at the top of its voice.

I don’t think we’ll see Jack again. We saw her skeleton in Tallahassee, now we’ve seen her before she became the skeleton. Her killing the Jabberwock will be mentioned again rather than shown, in my opinion, perhaps in a flashback of another Character possibly Jefferson because we haven’t found out what happened to his wife yet.

Where did Regina get the piece of magic mushroom?I think she might have gotten the mushroom off Hook’s Ship. When she talked to him earlier in the episode she said Cora “needed her things” off his ship, then she shows up with a mushroom. Obviously there’s more on the ship, that they wanted Anton to distract Snowing from seeing them unload, but maybe she slipped on the and off the ship with the mushroom.
Or possibly Cora just had it on her. Either way I think Cora brought the mushroom over from FTL. If she brought a giant, I’m sure she wanted the option of making him big.

All of the Emma/Gold/Henry scenes.
The Charming/Gold bromance moment.
The cute Snowing bit at the end.

The way Belle is treated. Seriously, why is Ruby lying to her? And why is she okay with her being drugged by Nurse Ratched? I do not understand. Sneezy gets to continue running the pharmacy, but Belle has to be drugged every few hours? Why doesn’t Ruby ask her to stay at Granny’s?Everyone forgets about Hook: He sneaks off after telling Snow and Charming about the giant and is never mentioned again. Why is he not locked up? Everyone else on this show has been in jail at some point, and he is out roaming free. Does no one care he shot someone?
Snow/Regina conversation: I don’t think Snow should have said what she did to Regina about Emma not needing her permission with regards to Henry. I’m not a Regina apologist, but Snow could have tried to smooth things over with her more since they just found out they wrongly accused her. It’s almost like she was deliberately antagonizing her. I don’t really have a problem with this though because they have a history and I get it. I just thought it was unnecessary.

Why doesn’t Ruby ask her to stay at Granny’s?I wondered why she wasn’t staying at Granny’s aswell, I kept trying to figure out why they didn’t let her out and let her discover everything at her own pace. I undertsand that they don’t want her to freek out but even if Belle did belive what Ruby said and got her relised, as soon as she saw say a giant running around the town she’d know everyone was lying to her. So really Ruby should have just confermed what Belle saw.I love how the giant that was distroying the town conviniently missed the hospital that Belle and Greg were though. Everyone else was runnig around in the middle of the street and the hospital is safe.

I know I thought the fact that they just forgot about him was hillarious, I have a joke theory that Snow and Charming do it on purpose because they like adventure, because they seem to be locking up all the good guys and leaving the bad guys to run around creating havic

Regina deffinatly has a right to know where Henry is.

Then Regina should have contacted Emma and let her know where she was… If Emma could not find her then she could not let her know she was leaving town with Henry.
REGINA should not hang around with Cora… she is a bad influence. Cora would not be good for Henry… she would try to control him like she tried to control Regina when she was growing up. Emma is correct in hiding Henry from Cora and Regina if she is with Cora.
I still question that Henry’s adoption may not be legal.

Well, to the first point, Regina was hiding from Emma because she, Snow, Charming, and the Blue Fairy tried to capture her when they believed Regina had killed Archie. So they (and ultimately Cora) are the only reason she wasn’t around.
To the second point, I agree. I absolutely think Emma was right to take Henry from Storybrooke whether Regina was informed or not. I just thought Snow was kind of snippy. And it surprised me Snow wasn’t making more of an effort to get along with Regina since as far as they know Regina had no idea Cora is in Storybrooke and they did just falsely accuse her of murder after she’d been making an effort to get along with them.
February 12, 2013 at 2:20 am #172627ceegeParticipantFavorite parts:
– MM and David flirting in the apartment
-Henry being a kid and enjoying the adventure
-Leroy and David discussing David’s real name as they’re running away from the Giant.
-Antone/Tiny being made feel at home in Storybrooke – the dialogue made it feel like Storybrooke was the Island of Misfit Toys.
-Mr. Gold reacting to the airport security measure: “How uncivilised!” “Have you ever been impaled by a cane before?”
– Robert’s performance as Mr. Gold, especially the terrified Mr. Gold when he was separated from the shawl.
-Ruby reaching out to Belle, and bringing her a basket.
-Regina. Used sparingly but effectively
-The preview for the next episode. Wow!Least favorite
Ruby dealing with Greg. “The sooner you get better, the sooner you can leave out quiet town!” Really? I understand they want their secret to remain a secret, but handling Greg like that would only convince him that something is hidden. It would have been better to put the emphasis on him. “The sooner you get better, the sooner you can get back to your wife/family/job!”
-The flashback with Antone. No suspense, no surprise. We knew what was going to happen. Maybe if ABC’s publicity department has not told everyone that Jack was a woman, maybe it would have been a bit better. Otherwise, we knew Jack was going to kill the giants except for Antone, and that she was going to get killed. Also, James as a villain just does no do it. Perhaps if Regina or Cora were involved, it would have been more interesting.
