Since I almost always bring it up in the chat when it’s available in the house, 1-2-3 instant brownies.

    1. Add 3 Tbspn Chocolate Brownie mix to a cup
    2. Add 2 Tbspn of water. Mix thoroughly.
    3. Cook in microwave for 1 Minute.

    Killer-Spinach-Dip

    KILLER Spinach Dip
    Ingredients:

    • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
    • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temp
    • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, split into 2 1/2 cup portions (I prefer to grate it myself)
    • 1 (8 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach

    Directions:

    Defrost the spinach.
Place it in a colander and press it until as much moisture as possible is removed.
Mix all ingredients (1/2 of the cheddar), and blend well.
Put it in a shallow baking dish (stoneware works best) in the oven for 20 minutes at 350°F.
    Remove from oven.
While still hot top it with remaining cheese, heat in oven again for 5 minutes.
Remove and cool below lava stage and serve.
    Goes well with tortilla chips.

Now this sound good I might try this thanks 🙂

The result is an ever expanding collection of recipes based on each character of “Once Upon A Time”. Some are very easy and could be made by children, others require specialty ingredients and equipment. Recipes are named after Fairy Tale characters and also their Storybrooke counterparts. Some recipes are even just about the places characters visit!

How to make Chocolate Bowls with Balloons.

    Ingredients

    • 10 ounces finely chopped dark chocolate, divided
    • Small balloons, filled with air
    1. Grease a cookie sheet or line it with parchment paper.
    2. Place 5 ounces of the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Stir until completely melted. Remove it from heat and stir in the remaining 5 ounces chocolate until thoroughly smooth. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon melted chocolate onto prepared pan to form a small disk.
    3. Make sure the chocolate has cooled, otherwise the balloon will pop if it is too warm.
    4. Dip the balloon into the disk of chocolate, coating about a third of the balloon. Place the dipped end of the balloon on the chocolate disk. Repeat with remaining chocolate and balloons. Place in the refrigerator to set, about 30 minutes.
    5. In order to release the air from the balloon, pinch the balloon just under the knot and cut a small hole in the surface between fingers and knot. Very gradually release air; if air is released too quickly, the bowls may break. Carefully peel the deflated balloons from the chocolate bowls.
