BF tries to train replacements. Green is Tink but she isn’t cut out for it, and Red is Nova but she almost quits for love. So what if that is the history repeating, that the original red fell in love, had Malcolm, but died, perhaps breaking a rule and causing magic to die out in the Enchanted Forrest?
Why train replacements though? Does Blue suspect that she won’t be around forever? We’ve been theorizing that magic is running out and Blue is tied to magic and thus her own life is in peril. We know MalcolmPan was lying about magic dying in all worlds in order to fool Henry but…what if he wasn’t. What if was accidentally telling the truth and didn’t know it. So THOTTB saves Pan but something else is needed to save magic?
