We see Ruby in 2×17 the flashback episode, but that’s because it’s 28 years in the past. It’s been awhile since Rub was on screen in the present. And she wasn’t at Paley today (don’t know why…) And she is Snow’s best friend.
I think Archie is another option. It was pretty much foreshadowed at the start of the second half of this season.
I don’t think it will be Grumpy because he’s everyone’s favorite dwarf and he and Hook need to have some sort of camaraderie.[adrotate group="5"]"He was a lot of things to me" "The only conclusion was love"If it’s Archie not only did Snow go against her conscience but she would kill a “conscience”.

I really hope it’s Cora but they can always surprise us. All I know for sure is that this is going to be a LONG week, LOL 😆
#MoreBOOMLessGloomHook is also a bit out of action locked away in a closet back in NYC, and without his ship he won’t be able to get back to Storybrooke so quickly.
I guess whoever heart Snow crushes dies. You think she’d do a bit of research before she crushes it to make sure it’s the right one… ANd seeing Cora said she had her heart well hidden, I can’t believe it would be that easily found.
Another thing… well two actually
1 How does Snow know Cora has no heart, when Regina does not (obvious from when she sends Hook out to kill her, which is days before the curse (oh so that’s why that story of Welcome to Storybrooke is coming this season, it ties in to that *ephiphany*)
2 Why is crushing a heart bad enough to change, when Snow and Charming killed dozens of soldiers (poor sods that were doing their job for an evil ruler, but most likely were not bad) and that did not change them in the least… But all of a sudden when it is about killing Regina or Cora, it matters? *senses plot hole*OMG… What about Granny? Major enough to be extremely terrible, minor enough not to be missed (seeing her role is pretty much played and I don’t see a romance for her future) Plus she made bad decisions in the past, which heartless people seem to do, like when not telling Red about who she was…. She could also have traded her heart against the cloak, so in that way, it would make sense. And again, it ties into “Welcome to Storybrooke”. Her death would send everyone down memory lane, as Granny’s is the heart of Storybrooke
I think this is simpler than most people are thinking here; Once’s mysteries aren’t that hard to figure out, as shown by the “Bae is Henry’s father”, “Cora is the Queen of Hearts” and “Cora killed Snow’s mother” theories. “Queen is Dead” and the promo for “Miller’s Daughter” pretty much spelled out the outcome of the next episode for me: Cora stabs Rumple with the dagger and becomes the Dark One, but Snow uses the candle on Cora’s heart, saving Rumple and killing Cora.
