BlackTooth = The Father of Sir Kay (the knight who tried to kill Regina earlier this season) We will probably see her kill his village and see little Sir Kay escape as he mentioned. Blacktooth probably is haunting her for some reason.
Given that Sir Kay knew a little magic himself, I am guessing Blacktooth is not your normal peasant.

I think he’ll be more important. If blacktooth isn’t his father than I guess he was just being used as a catalyst to get Dark Swan to use her magic to save robin. A human plot device.
